Inspired by the classic cocktail lounges of Paris, Beaton’s blends bold international design with vintage glamour. A curated collection of black-and-white celebrity photography by Terry O’Neill, Arthur Elgort, and Larry Schiller, alongside artwork by Damien Hirst, Barbara Kruger, and Robert Longo, sets the tone among rich red velvet booths, a gold silk sofa, leopard-print carpet, and handcrafted woodwork.

Bar Cecil’s culinary team is led by partner-Executive Chef Gabriel Woo, former executive chef of Sparrow’s Lodge and Holiday House in Palm Springs, and a 2019 guest chef at James Beard House in New York City.
